Roger Madison, Director of Sales and Acquisitions:
Roger Madison's extensive construction experience spans over 35 years, 20 of those as a chief estimator. His in-depth knowledge of real estate and construction allows him to analyze properties for development potential and to provide a detailed cost and feasibility analysis. Jeff Worthy, Senior Project Manager:
Jeff brings a wealth of experience in many disciplines to broaden the services Dynamic offers its customer base. Over the years, Jeff has commissioned over 60 million cubic feet of cold storage, warehouse, retail, entertainment and sporting venues. Ariel Trinidad, Controller:
Ariel Trinidad joined Dynamic Builders in 1994. Ariel is a 30-year veteran of the real estate development and construction industry in Los Angeles. Ariel oversees the construction financing requirements for our development projects. Ariel's attention to every financial detail of every project allows our clients to rest easy and focus on their business.

Tony Mamaril, Site Planner:
Tony is one of the senior members of the team, having joined Dynamic Builders in 1989. As our site planner, Tony brings a very specific and valuable skill set to each and every Dynamic Builders project. Tony is responsible for maximizing the use of each property, balancing the square footage necessary while maintaining the utility and efficiency of the underlying real estate. Tony is tasked continually to ensure that our clients' needs are met while preserving both regulatory and social responsibility.
